These terms explain how the free website tools work and the principles that apply before any paid INKCARE service begins.
Free tools and content
The Studio Diagnosis, Revenue Leak Calculator, map and guides are general business-information tools. Results depend on the information supplied, may use directional assumptions and are not financial, legal, medical or professional-regulatory advice.
Studio directory
Unverified pins are company candidates derived from public company and postcode data. A pin does not confirm that a business is a tattoo studio or that the address is customer-facing. Claims, corrections and submissions enter moderation; publication is not automatic.
Paid services
No paid engagement starts until INKCARE and the customer accept a written order or scope identifying the supplier, customer, deliverables, exclusions, timing, price, payment terms, cancellation terms and relevant service address. Website descriptions are invitations to enquire, not automatic acceptance of an order.
Visibility Watch
Where availability is confirmed in writing, Tattoo Studio Visibility Watch is shown at £99 per studio location per month. The named scope includes a concise visibility report, agreed competitor comparison, five prioritised actions and specified ready-to-use content. Website changes, advertising management, backlink outreach, social posting and guaranteed outcomes are excluded unless added in writing.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
The written order controls cancellation dates, payment cycles, refunds and rescheduling for paid work. Additional implementation outside the agreed deliverables is separately scoped and cannot be charged without approval.
No outcome guarantee
Rankings, enquiries, bookings, completed appointments and revenue depend on factors outside INKCARE’s control. Recommendations and implementation can be provided with reasonable care, but a particular commercial outcome is never guaranteed.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for supplying information they are entitled to share, checking operational and client-facing wording, providing timely approvals, and making final artistic, pricing, safety and client-care decisions.
Intellectual property
Pre-existing methods, templates and software remain with their original owner. Rights to customer-specific deliverables are stated in the written order. Website content may not be republished as another provider’s work without permission.
Availability and changes
The website may be updated, suspended or corrected without notice. Reasonable effort is made to keep public information accurate, but uninterrupted availability is not promised.
